1. ORDER FULFILLMENT

All products at Meet Blue Chip are made to order and fulfilled by Gelato, our third-party print-on-demand partner. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days of purchase. Production times may vary during high-demand periods or holidays.


2. SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Below are general estimates:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after production

  • Canada: 5–10 business days after production

  • International: 7–21 business days depending on destination

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual times may vary due to customs processing or local postal service delays.


3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, product type, and quantity. Any promotional shipping offers will be applied automatically if eligible.


4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

5. DELIVERY ISSUES

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If your order is returned to sender due to address issues, we can reship it at your expense.


6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
